10. Falling Edge with Retrigger Timer Function:
Power is applied to the timer during operation. When the signal input transitions from an on to off state, the timeout begins. The output turns off at the completion of the timeout. This process is repeated on each falling edge of the signal input. If a falling edge of the signal occurs before the timeout, the output turns on and remains on until a timeout completion.
