4. Signal ON/OFF Delay Timer Function:
Power is applied to the timer during operation. Timing begins on the rising edge of the signal input. At the end of the timeout the output turns on. The output remains on until the falling edge of the signal. The timer starts timing and turns off the output at the end of the timeout. If the signal turns off before the timeout occurs, the timer completes a time off time on cycle of equal time.
